Return Policy
1. Scope
This Return Policy regulates the return and exchange conditions for sales made through TahtakaleToptan.com. Sales conducted through TahtakaleToptan.com are primarily wholesale and commercial transactions.
2. Legal Basis
This policy is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and the Turkish Code of Obligations.
For purchases made for commercial purposes, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
3. Defective Goods and Incorrect Shipment
In accordance with applicable legislation, the following situations are considered defective goods:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage caused during transportation
- Incorrect product shipment
In such cases, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within 3 (three) business days from the date of delivery.
4. Inspection and Evaluation Process
Once the returned product reaches our company, it will be subject to technical inspection.
Following the inspection:
- If the product is confirmed to be defective, replacement or refund will be issued.
- If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the Buyer.
5. Return Conditions
The returned product must be unused, undamaged, in resalable condition, and sent with its original packaging. Otherwise, the return request may be rejected.
6. Shipping Costs
- In case of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipment, shipping costs are borne by the Seller.
- In all other cases, return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
7. International Orders
Return procedures for international orders may vary depending on customs regulations and logistics practices of the destination country. Any customs duties or international shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
8. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from return or exchange processes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
