Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded between the Seller identified below and the Buyer who places an order electronically through www.tahtakaletoptan.com.

Eminönü / Istanbul
Buyer:
The individual or legal entity placing the order through the website. The Buyer declares that the information provided during the order process is accurate and complete.
2. Subject
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically through the Seller’s website.
3. Product and Order Information
Product type, quantity, model, color, unit price, and payment details are specified during the ordering process and are also included in the order confirmation email.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added separately during invoicing.
Payment is collected via credit card or other payment methods provided on the website. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
5. Delivery
Orders placed during business hours are shipped on the same day.
Delivery times for domestic and international shipments may vary depending on the selected shipping company and destination.
Shipping fees are calculated and collected during checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is evaluated in accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for commercial purposes.
In case of defective or faulty products, the Seller will review the claim and initiate the replacement or return process if applicable.
7. Return and Exchange
Return and exchange conditions are subject to the rules specified on the “Return Policy” page.
By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these conditions.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, technical infrastructure failures, or courier-related delays.
9. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
10. Enforcement
By placing an order on the website, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
