İhracatta %0 KDV Avantajı

Shipping rates are not fixed. They are calculated instantly based on your cart’s total weight, destination country, and selected carrier. Thanks to our special agency agreements, the rates are more competitive than standard market prices.

Each product has a recorded net weight in grams within our system. When items are added to the cart, their weights are automatically summed to determine the total shipment weight. This total is used to retrieve shipping rates from the carriers.

We ship internationally with FedEx, DHL, and UPS. We have special agency agreements with these carriers, and our system provides live rates and service options through direct integration.

During the shipping step, our system simultaneously queries FedEx, DHL, and UPS via integration. Based on the cart weight and destination country, the rates are displayed separately. The customer chooses the preferred carrier before proceeding to payment.

International express shipments are typically delivered within 3–4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and public holidays.

The 3–4 business day delivery time applies to most countries. However, in remote regions or countries with intensive customs procedures, delivery may take longer. Estimated transit time is provided by the selected carrier during checkout.

Yes. During the shipping method step, separate rate offers from FedEx, DHL, and UPS are displayed. You can clearly see all shipping options and costs before proceeding to payment.

No. For international shipments, 0% VAT is applied in accordance with Turkish export regulations. This provides a tax advantage for your orders.
